   2.  There will be a 20% deduction of total advance amount provided the cancellation is conveyed three weeks before the arrival date. If the cancellation is conveyed two weeks before arrival deduction will be 30% and if conveyed one week before arrival then deduction will be 50%.If cancellation is done a few days before the date of arrival then there will be 80% deduction of advance amount as our room/s will most probably remain vacant.
   3. No refunds are given for EARLY DEPARTURES, SHORT STAYS- except if guests/s fall sick.
   4. Guests staying , then leaving earlier than reserved departure date, will have to pay EP Tariff of room/s of remaining night/s.
